Yes. Vazaneh offers both customisation and bespoke services. Depending on the design, a creation can be personalised to suit your preferences, occasion and requirements.
Yes. Wherever the design permits, we can adapt the fit, silhouette and degree of coverage to suit your preferences while retaining the integrity of the original design.
Our team will share a detailed measurement sheet with all the measurements required for your chosen piece. If you are unsure how to take them accurately, we can also provide a demonstration video to guide you through the process.
Typically, two fittings are recommended to achieve the desired fit and finish. More complex or highly customised pieces may occasionally require an additional fitting.
Most Vazaneh orders require approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, craftsmanship involved and level of customisation.
We recommend placing your order at least two months before your event to allow adequate time for production, fittings and final finishing. For more elaborate or bespoke commissions, we encourage you
to contact us earlier.
Where possible, yes. Rush orders are considered individually based on the design, required customisation, requested delivery date and our atelier's production schedule at the time. Please contact our team with your event date and requirements.
Customised pieces are made-to-order. If your measurements correspond closely with our standard sizing and your selected piece is currently available in that size, it may be available for immediate or expedited dispatch. Our team can confirm this before you place your order.
Yes. If you are looking for a particular Vazaneh creation that is not currently listed online, share an image or reference with our team. We will check its availability and advise you on whether it can be commissioned.
Yes. Vazaneh ships internationally. International shipping charges, along with any customs duties, import taxes or other charges levied by the destination country, are borne by the client.
As Vazaneh creations are made specifically for each client, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the unlikely event that your piece arrives with a manufacturing or quality issue attributable to us, please notify our team within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the concern and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Yes. We offer assistance with alterations, repairs and aftercare for up to three months from the date of delivery. After this period, our atelier can continue to assist wherever possible, with services chargeable depending on the nature of the work required.
